I am a Northern California transplant who moved to Bandon in 1996 after dreaming for years of how I could swing moving here. Just before moving to Oregon from California, I sold real estate with a very large brokerage firm called Lyon & Associates in Placer County. In fact, I have had my California license since 1978 and have always kept it active.
I have done many things in my life other than sell real estate! I have owned several successful businesses of various types, but when I wasn't working a 90 hour week selling real estate, my expertise was still sales and marketing. Most notable, was a fantastic stint in the tradeshow business for many years, a Director of Marketing and Member Services for the Building Industry Association of Superior California, and a wildlife artist (my other passion!)Which brings me to an excellent point.... enough cannot be said about creative and professional tenacity combined with experience and the ability to think without assistance.
